AUTHENTIC 26&2 • SINGAPORE

Start with the fundamentals: what the class is, how the 90-minute sequence works, what to bring, and how to practise safely in a heated room. Tap through for the complete first-class guide.
Read the guide
The heat, the sequence, and the repetition work together: a structured 90-minute practice designed to build focus, mobility, circulation, and discipline over time.
Mobility and range
The heated room helps muscles feel more receptive, so students can work carefully into the 26 postures with less resistance.
Mental steadiness
The same sequence every class makes progress visible. You learn to breathe, pace yourself, and stay present under intensity.
Strength and stamina
Standing balance, spine work, and floor postures build endurance through repeated, precise effort rather than speed.

A fixed 90-minute sequence: 2 breathing exercises, standing postures, spine strengthening, floor postures, and final breathing.

01 — Breathing
The class opens with Standing Deep Breathing and closes with Kapalbhati. Breath sets the rhythm before effort begins.
02 — Standing series
The first half develops balance, focus, legs, hips, and heat. The aim is controlled effort, not forcing depth.
03 — Spine strengthening
The floor series builds back strength through Cobra, Locust, Full Locust, Bow, and supporting recovery postures.
04 — Floor series
The final postures compress, stretch, twist, and calm the body. Repetition is how the method becomes familiar.
